The Higher Loans Education Board wishes to inform PhD, Masters and Undergraduate students that application for salaries students enrolled in Public or Private Universities in Kenya recognized by the Commission for University Education (CUE) are still open.
Eligibility
- Applicants who are beneficiaries of HELB loans to be repaying or have repaid their previous Undergraduate or Postgraduate loans.
- Ability to service the loan while studying will be based on the one third rule of basic salary as spelt out in the Employment Act.
- Applicants ought to meet all the requirements as indicated in the online application form.

Fill the form online, save, print and submit to HELB offices Ground Floor Anniversary Towers together with the necessary attachments.
