PREAMBLE

Professor, Robert Kei is a specialist in the areas of Environmental health/Primary health care/Public health education and Medical education for health professionals.

He has treasured experience having worked at various levels in the Ministry of Health for 16 years and 5 years as the Managing Director for GTZ primary health project in Western Kenya.

Currently, he is the Dean, School of Health Sciences, Meru University of Science and Technology (Feb 2017 to date).

Prof Kei is a renowned academician of high repute having worked at Moi University, School of Public Health for 18 years and published extensively as follows:
