PROCEDURE FOR HOSTEL ROOM BOOKING

1. 1.Click on the Student Hostel Booking Tab on the University website
2. 2.Type your index number
3. 3.Click on Book Hostel Tab
4. 4.Choose your preferred hostel by clicking the drop down menu
5. 5.Click the radio button that corresponds to your preferred Space in the room
6. 6.Click on Book space button
7. 7.Download and fill the Hostel agreement form and the accommodation Rules and Regulations.

8. Deadline for online hostel booking is Monday 7th September 2015 at 5 pm.
