Meru University of Science and Technology held a breakfast meeting to engage on key issues affecting the University staff. Hosted by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Romanus Odhiambo, staff members were sensitized on issues related to performance management.

The Vice Chancellor stated training learners, research, innovation and social corporate responsibility as the core business of the university. Prof. Odhiambo urged the staff to work in collective effort with the aim of providing quality education.

” As employees of this university, every one of us should be working towards making sure that we not only realize these goals but that we also excel in each one of them. This will help maintain our University as the institution known to excel in the core business both in the region and beyond. If we work as a team, we can draw onto each other’s strengths and also prop up each other’s weaknesses. In this way, we are then able to work together to progress this great institution.” Prof. Romanus Odhiambo.
