MERU UNIVERSITY FOOD SCIENCE CLUB (MUFSC)

  1. INTRODUCTION

MUFSC is a club that incorporates programmers such as Bachelor in food science and technology and Bachelor in food science and management.

We play a leading role in research and innovation and is an efficient and functional club that produces self-reliant graduates who are well trained to adopt ethical standards and best practices in the field of food science.

MUFSC also harness the knowledge acquired to further improve available food products or develop new ones by intensively carrying out research and innovation.

We acknowledge the varsity’s full support for the right to form the club and for the well-equipped food science labs and workshops giving as the most conducive environment to achieve our purpose in the institution.
