Officials from MEIWA Co. Ltd. visited Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) on 7^th July, 2018.  The visit sought to establish ways in which MUST and MEIWA Co. Ltd. can collaborate.  MUST and MEIWA Co. Ltd. have been working on the biochar project for the past year.  Biochar is acquired by converting organic waste into charcoal.  Biochar can work as a natural fertilizer and soil conditioner.
