The University has completed construction of modern access road from the main road (Meru-Maua Road) to Campus. The Government has further committed resources to tarmac and complete a 1.5Km bypass road opening the University to the lower side of the campus bordering the forest, where the University intends to put up a modern Hotel Conference facility fully with a Golf Course, based on Public Private Partnership model.
