Resumption of Teaching and Learning – November 2026
Teaching and learning at the University were disrupted between 2nd and 30th October 2026 due to the national strike by university staff. The University appreciates the patience and cooperation demonstrated by students during this period and sincerely thanks you for maintaining peace and tranquility.
Following the calling off of the strike, teaching and learning will resume on Tuesday, 3rd November 2026, as per the approved teaching timetable. All students are expected to report and attend classes accordingly.
Students who have not registered for the current semester are required to complete their registration with immediate effect. The registration deadline has been extended to Friday, 6th November 2026. Please note that only duly registered students will be permitted to access University services. Further, all students are reminded to clear their outstanding fee balances promptly to facilitate the smooth continuation of academic activities.
Attached is the revised semester dates for your reference. The University looks forward to your full participation as teaching and learning resume. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to the continued success of the University.
