I am pleased to inform you that you have been given an opportunity to transfer to a course of your choice. The course transfer process will take place from Tuesday 8th to Monday, 14th September 2026. Application for the course transfer will be done through your student portal.
Please note that the success of course transfer will be subject to:
- Meeting the cut-off points of the programme you wish to transfer to.
- Availability of vacancy in the programme of interest.
- For regulated programmes, your subject grades must meet the requirements of the new programme.
- Validation by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
After a successful transfer, you will be issued with a course transfer letter indicating your new registration number. NB: Applicants are required to remain in their current programmes until they are issued with a transfer letter.
