ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

CLINICAL OFFICER III – GRADE 8 – MUST/ADM/01/07/2026 (3 POSTS)

Applicants are invited for the post of Clinical Officer III.

Applicants must have:

Have a Diploma in clinical medicine or equivalent from a recognized Institution
Be registered by the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
Proficiency in Computer Applications and experience with Hospital Management Systems
Have a minimum of (1) year working experience in a busy health facility.
Experience working in a tertiary learning institution is an added advantage
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Kenya Constitution 2010

NURSING OFFICER III – GRADE 8 – MUST/ADM/02/07/2026 (4 Posts)

Applicants are invited for the post of Nursing Officer III.

Applicants must have:

Have a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized Institution
Have a valid license from Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
Have a valid BLS/ACLS certificate
Be a member of Nursing association in Kenya (NNAK/KEPNA)
Proficiency in Computer Applications and experience with Hospital Management Systems

Be registered by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists and Technicians Board

MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST II – GRADE 9 – MUST/ADM/04/07/2026 (1 Post)

Applicants must have:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory from a recognized institution
Be registered by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists and Technicians Board

Have a minimum of (1) year working experience in a busy health facility.
Strict knowledge of biosafety, infection prevention and control protocols, and clinical standards

Three 3 Years’ experience as a software developer in an organization comparable to an institution of higher learning.
Experience in Navision 2018 or Dynamics 365 BC.
Microsoft Certification in Navision or Dynamics 365 BC.
Experience in Cross platform development languages such as PHP, Python, C#, JavaScript etc.
Experience in integrations (RESTful, OData, JSON and SOAP API Services)
Experience in Windows Server configurations and management

ICT OFFICER I (DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR) – GRADE 10 – MUST/ADM/07/07/2026 (1 Post)

Applicants are invited for the post of ICT Officer I (Database Administrator).

Applicants must have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Software Engineering
High level expertise in, and detailed understanding of, a number of different functional areas across the institution.
Knowledge in computer hardware and networks.
Three 3 Years’ experience as a Database Administrator in an organization comparable to an institution of higher learning.
Experience in Navision 2018 or Dynamics 365 BC.

Applicants are invited for the post of ICT Officers III (ICT Technician) – Network Administration.

Applicants must have:

Bsc. Computer Science/Bsc. IT/ BBIT/Bsc. Software Engineering
Certification in Cyber Security and Data Protection.
Certification in Emerging technologies and AI
Certification in Data Management and Governance.
Two (2) years’ experience as an ICT Technician.
Experience in any help-desk platform.
Experience in management of centralized printing solution(s)
Experience in Audio-vision equipment setup.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 BC.
Experience in integrations (RESTful, OData, JSON and SOAP API Services)
Experience in Windows Server configurations and management

DRIVER II – GRADE 5 – MUST/ADM/09/07/2026 (2 Posts)

Applicants are invited for the post of Driver II.

Applicants must have:

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent qualification with six (6) years driving experience or Nine (9) years’ driving experience in a public or private sector;

Passed Occupational Trade Test II for drivers
Driving License for approved classes, with PSV endorsement
BLS and First Aid certificate
Certificate of Intensive Defensive Driving
Emergency Vehicle Operator Certificate (EVOC) – Having an EMT certificate is an added advantage.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya police;
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution.

  1. On the Menu/Navigation bar (On the Left Hand side), Click on Vacancies to view available/open vacancies
  2. A list of all open vacancies should populate on the page. Click on the View position button to view more details of the vacancy.
4. Applicant Profile
  1. On the Menu/Navigation bar (On the Left Hand side), Click on Applicant Profile to edit and update your details. (Personal Details, Education Background, Employment/Employment history among others).
  2. Be sure to provide accurate information and follow through the prompts to complete editing your profile.
  3. After successful updating of the applicant profile, the system will provide you with a Summarized PDF version of Summary of the “Applicant Profile”
  4. After submission of the updated profile, the system will redirect you to the vacancies page.

  3. Click on Apply job button (At the top right) to apply for the job.
