• Students arrive at the University, Main Campus.
• Ushers receive the students and direct them to the respective registration venues.

At the registration venue:
Students are received and advised on the registration process.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Letter of offer
• Original KCSE Result Slip
• Original National ID Card or Birth Certificate

• Student is dully admitted

• Confirmation of full payment of the appropriate fees as indicated on the Fees Structure

• Room allocation – for those who had booked accommodation
• Advice on alternative accommodation

• Students ID data capture

DAY TWO
TUESDAY, 23RD  AUGUST 2022

• Registration continues at the registration venues

• Students assemble at the graduation gardens. The students are handled over to the chief medical officer for medical examination at the University health centre.

• Registration continues at the registration venues

• All students admitted in the Main campus assemble at the Graduation Gardens.

(School deans pick their students for orientation).

• Students admitted in Marimba Learning centre assemble in the Hall.
