Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) proudly hosted the signing of a Memorandum of Affiliation and the launch of the Master Class on Flourishing Communities Model (FCM) in collaboration with the University of Texas Medical Branch and SODZO Kenya. This milestone event marks a significant step in fostering community-driven development through education, healthcare, and sustainability.

The signing ceremony was graced by the Acting VC, Prof. Simon Thuranira, representing Vice Chancellor Prof. Romanus Odhiambo. Other distinguished attendees included Dr. Patrick Kubai, Dean of the School of Health Sciences, Dr. Maryjoy Kaimuri, Dean of the School of Nursing, and faculty members from the School of Health Sciences. The University of Texas Medical Branch was represented by a delegation of six, led by Prof. Michael Goodman, while SODZO Kenya was represented by a team of fifteen, led by Mr. Stanley Gitari.
