MUST Hosts Peer-to-Peer Research Workshop Programme

Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST), in partnership with Mizizi Elimu Afrika, today launched the Peer-to-Peer Research Workshop Programme at the Innovation Centre, Main Campus.

The workshop has brought together participants from the School of Education for interactive sessions aimed at strengthening research capacity through research conceptualization, problem articulation and scholarly collaboration. The programme seeks to equip participants with practical research skills while promoting a vibrant culture of academic inquiry and innovation.

 

The workshop was officially opened by Prof. Hilda Omae, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Finance and Planning, who delivered a keynote address on improving postgraduate completion rates. She emphasized the importance of quality research, mentorship and collaboration in enhancing academic success and research output within institutions of higher learning.

The initiative reflects MUST’s continued commitment to advancing research, innovation and academic excellence through strategic partnerships and capacity-building programmes.
