REVISED VOLUMES 2 AND 3 TENDER DOCUMENT 11.6.2020

Following the enquiry from the prospective bidders and on our own initiative, we wish to make the following clarifications and amendments to the above principle tender document (hereinafter abbreviated as PTD) for proposed construction of the School of Nursing & Health Sciences at Meru University of Science and Technology.
Please replace the following pages:

a) The Bid Bond is left Open to the Bidders to choose from either Insurance or Bank Institutions.
b) Bidders in NCA 3 for Main Builders Works are not permissible. The bid is of higher NCA category in relation to cost.
c) Replace page 2/1/3 with the attached.
d) The Appendix is to be used as Standard Forms. The Bid for all Purposes and Intents, Envisages Domestic Subcontracting in All Categories.
e) Replace Volumes 2 and 3 of Electrical and Mechanical Installations respectively with the attachments herein inclusive of the drawings.
