Notice for the 11th Graduation Ceremony

This is to inform all students who meet the requirements for conferment of Degrees and award of Diplomas/Certificates of Meru University of Science and Technology that the University will hold its 11^th physical Graduation Ceremony on Friday 27^th October, 2023. Please note the following important details;

(i) Application for Graduation
Application for graduation will be done through the student portal from Monday, 4th September 2023 to Friday, 29th September 2023.

(ii) Fees
Graduands must have cleared any outstanding fee arrears owed to the University including a mandatory non-refundable alumni and graduation fee as shown in Table 1, by Friday, 6th October 2023. Graduands who will not abide by this deadline will not be allowed to graduate.
